- Private Coaching Session – 60 minutes
$80–$120 per session
Personalized one-on-one coaching tailored to your unique situation. - Semi-Private Coaching Session – 90 minutes
$50–$70 per person
Small group session (2–3 participants) with interactive exercises and discussions. - Group Coaching Session – 60–90 minutes
$25–$40 per person
Larger group format, focusing on stress management, mindfulness, and guided exercises.

Yoga Classes (In-person & Online)
Private Yoga Class – 60 minutes

- Available in-person or online
- One-on-one yoga instruction tailored to your needs for stress reduction, relaxation, and emotional balance.
Semi-Private Yoga Class – 60–75 minutes
- $35–$50 per person
- Small group (2–3 participants), in-person or online
- Shared practice with personalized attention.
Group Yoga Class – 60 minutes
- $20–$35 per person
- Larger group class for general wellness, in-person or online
- Focused on stress reduction, mindfulness, and group support.
