Coaching Sessions (In-person & Online)

Helping women manage anxiety, especially related to loss or separation. Sessions integrate coaching techniques and yoga teachings to help you manage stress, find purpose, and take meaningful actions toward a healthier life.

Options:

  1. Private Coaching Session – 60 minutes
    $80–$120 per session
    Personalized one-on-one coaching tailored to your unique situation.
  2. Semi-Private Coaching Session – 90 minutes
    $50–$70 per person
    Small group session (2–3 participants) with interactive exercises and discussions.
  3. Group Coaching Session – 60–90 minutes
    $25–$40 per person
    Larger group format, focusing on stress management, mindfulness, and guided exercises.

Yoga Classes (In-person & Online)

Private Yoga Class – 60 minutes

  • $60–$90 per session
  • Available in-person or online
  • One-on-one yoga instruction tailored to your needs for stress reduction, relaxation, and emotional balance.

Semi-Private Yoga Class – 60–75 minutes

  • $35–$50 per person
  • Small group (2–3 participants), in-person or online
  • Shared practice with personalized attention.

Group Yoga Class – 60 minutes

  • $20–$35 per person
  • Larger group class for general wellness, in-person or online
  • Focused on stress reduction, mindfulness, and group support.
